Q: What is parking like?
A: Parking anywhere in the vicinity of the theatre is EXTREMELY difficult.

Q: How early should I arrive?
A: We recommend arriving a half-hour before curtain. If you are not paying to park and are trying to find meter or other parking, we recommend you arrive in the South End at least an hour before curtain.
Q: Where do I pick up my tickets?
As a C1 Member, you pick up your tickets at the box office at the Calderwood Pavilion (under the blue marquee)! You can then continue on to the separate Plaza Theatre entrance, three doors down from the box office. In the lobby of the Plaza Theatre you can visit our Member Check-In table to ask questions, get your card punched or say hello to our staff!
Q: Do I need to bring my card?
A: You don't need your card for admission, but it's a good idea to bring it so we can "punch" a spot for each ticket you use. This makes it easier for you to remember how many tickets you have left on your card.
Q: How do I reserve tickets for a show?
A: We've made it really easy! Just look one column over to your left. Fill in the information, hit "submit" and you're on your way!
Q: What if I lost my Company Card?
A: We've got you covered on that too. Fill out the "Company Card replacements and status updates" form on the left.
