= BEYOND THE DOOR
On August 16th and 17th, Stage One was proud to present the world premier of BEYOND THE DOOR, a a play about love, eviction, bacon and bull toenails. The play - created and performed by our 9 teen apprentices - was an artistic triumph. This moving, highly original and accomplished production took the audience on a journey through the Lost World, on a journey to find love.
Our apprentices spent six weeks creating BEYOND THE DOOR. They participated in every aspect of the production process, from writing the script to designing the costumes and lights to running the technical equipment, all while being mentored by Company One's professional staff.
