An examination of life before and after the Emancipation Proclamation, THE EMANCIPATION OF MANDY AND MIZ ELLIE brings together two souls whose fates are determined by the purchase of one for the other. A touching and relevant journey about a complicated heartfelt friendship featuring live percussion and Boston’s own OrigiNation dancers!
